Climbing in Sardinia

Last week I was in Sardinia climbing with Red and Matthew. Red is blind but it doesn't stop him from doing what he loves. He loves climbing and is planning a trip to Scotland in June to climb Am Buachaille.
In Sardinia we had a few days of climbing both single and multipitch routes. We had mostly good weather and did some great climbs.

Good Friday on the Shepherd

Yesterday Jack and I had a great day on Am Buachaille by Sandwood Bay
Jack is my brother in law and mostly boulders indoors in London. Needless to say it was a fantastic adventure. The weather and conditions were perfect with flat seas, a super low tide and warm sunshine.
A grand day out.

Spring conditions in the southern Cairngorms

I was working with the University of Stirling Mountaineering club this weekend. We were based in Braemar so got out on to the Munros surrounding Glen Shee.
