A warm, wet and windy weekend in Glencoe

This weekend I was out with West Highland College University of Highlands and Islands Mountaineering Club teaching winter mountaineering. It was very warm with the freezing level well above the summit and rain and drizzle adding to the snow depletion. The river levels were also very high.

Edinburgh University Mountaineering Club Weekend

Over the last 2 days I was out in the Cairngorms with Edinburgh University Mountaineering Club teaching winter skills. This was in my role as St John Scotland Mountaineering Instructor.
