Sailing and Climbing on the 62nd Parallel
I am back from a 3 week trip to the Faeroes and Norway. Robin, Jon and I sailed Robin's Albin Vega over a 1000 nautical miles in the round trip starting at Kyle and finishing in Inverness.
The Faeroes was quite damp and dreich but we met some lovely locals and had a great explore of the islands. In Norway we climbed a couple of little hills and had one attempt on a new route but the weather wasn't reliable and we didn't complete the line. One to go back for.
