Holidays in the sun

I am just back from a family holiday on the island of Kalymnos in Greece. It is a great venue for a pre-winter bolt clipping holiday with plenty of relaxing and exploring to be done on your days off.

Back here in the uk the first winter snows and frosts have now melted and it looks like we are in for a warm, wet, windy week of weather.

Beautiful summery days for a GPS course

This weekend I have been working for the The Mountaineering Council of Scotland.

Rosie, Heather and myself were teaching folk how to use a GPS in and around the Rothiemurchus estate.

The weather was fantastic with temperatures reaching 20 degrees celcius yesterday and almost that today.
